DESIGNER | TRACKRAT | ARTIST | REALIST
I usually go by Fisa. It’s a family name that followed me into motorsports, and it stuck. I’m a designer/developer based in Austin, and I live for the overlap between traditional craft and new tech.
My background is unique but I’m just one of the guys: I’m one of under 60 women to graduate from Art Center’s car design program in the last 96 years. I joined the game industry in it’s 3d infancy. I’ve spent my career building massive digital worlds, but my Saturdays spent at the track. I don’t just draw cars—I wrench on them and I drive them. That mechanical reality is what makes my digital work actually feel real.
Right now, I’m deep into AI and real-time tools. I love the technical grind and the challenge of a shifting landscape.
My philosophy is pretty straightforward: you can't make things better without iteration. I look forward, I improve on the past, and I get things done.
